材料
冬粉 2捆
豬絞肉 40克
蔥花 10克
薑末 5克
蒜末 5克
Ingredients
2 bundles of cellophane noodles
40 grams minced pork
10 grams chopped green onion
5 grams ginger
5 grams minced garlic
調味料:
辣豆辦 1茶匙
醬油 1茶匙
高湯 100CC
細糖 1/2茶匙
香油 1茶匙
Seasoning:
1 teaspoon hot bean sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Clear soup stock 100 CC
1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
做法:
1. 冬粉泡水約20分鐘至完全軟後切短備用。
2. 熱鍋下1大匙油,小火爆香薑末及蒜末,下豬絞肉炒至肉散開熟透,加入辣豆瓣略炒香後下醬油、高湯、細糖及冬粉。
3. 中火炒約1分鐘至湯汁略乾加入蔥花及香油炒勻即可。
Preparation Instructions:
1. Soak the cellophane noodles in water for about 20 minutes until completely soft. Afterwards, alternately cut them shorter.
2. Heat a wok with 1 tablespoon of oil. Under low heat add ginger and garlic powder followed by the minced pork. Stir-fry the meat until well cooked. Add the hot bean sauce while continuing to stir-fry. Next add the soy sauce, soup broth, powdered sugar and cellophane noodles.
3. Fry over medium heat for about 1 minute to slightly dry out the soup broth. Add chopped green onions and sesame oil. Stir well.
